Fresh flowers are natural, perishable products. Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns of floral arrangements. However, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We guarantee that all flowers delivered by comfortcandleeo will be fresh and of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

What We Cover

  • Missing items from your order

What We Don't Cover

Our guarantee does not cover:

Resolution Options

Timeframe for Claims

All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution. We recommend inspecting your flowers immediately upon delivery.

Subscription Services

For flower subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 48 hours notice
  • Refunds for subscription services are prorated based on deliveries received
  • You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months
  • Quality issues with subscription deliveries are handled the same as individual orders

Event and Wedding Orders

Special event and wedding orders require different terms:

  • Final payment is due 7 days before the event
  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before the event receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable
  • Changes to orders must be made at least 7 days before the event

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
