Comfortcandleeo provides floristry services including custom bouquet design, event florals, wedding arrangements, and flower subscription services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of orders.
When you place an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are in British Pounds and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received before we process your order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.
We deliver throughout London and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the specified date, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbor.
We take pride in the quality of our floral arrangements. All flowers are fresh and carefully selected. However, as natural products, flowers may vary slightly in appearance from images shown on our website. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific varieties are unavailable.
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a fee. Subscription services can be paused or cancelled with 48 hours notice.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues. For more information, see our Return Policy.
